Working with large Japanese corporation Sanyei, we needed to create an entire brand from nothing.

Including product look, feel, name, identity, positioning, and audience insights. All this for their first own-brand product in the western market, also ensuring it stands out in a crowded and often outdated arena.

Audience insights — from our own relevant women-based network we facilitated and planned research gaining important insights into the category; all executed in-house and delivered in an easy to present document. Creative strategy and an inspiring, relevant, contemporary creative proposition.

Complete rebrand including custom logo & type, strapline, photographic look and feel, and Japanese-powered tone-ofvoice.

Cross-functional bespoke team collaboration including Japanese specialist, type specialist, communications specialist,
motion graphic / 3D design specialist, website team, and brand specialist.

Complete brand creation with the project managed from scratch in under 3 months, including full brand spectrum, product strategy, launch ideas, and logo, colour ways, etc. Setting up launch collateral, including website, social media channels, fair booth, fair leaflet, and moving image for fair/online.

Packaging, Website, Sales tools content and design.

An ability and understanding to work with a foreign client, in a foreign language and without a large European marketing background.
